AI Engineering Assistant for TIA Portal, WinCC and Ignition
An assistant that works inside your automation projects: it reads and explains PLC blocks, finds where tags are used, writes code to your standard and drafts SCADA screens. An engineer approves every change.
See it at work
Demo on a fictional plant. All data shown is illustrative. No sound; on-screen text explains each step.
What it works with
- Siemens TIA Portal V16 to V20: blocks, tags, data types, hardware and compiling
- S7-PLCSIM Advanced, to test logic before anything reaches a real controller
- Siemens WinCC V7: read-only scans of tags, pictures, alarms and scripts
- Inductive Automation Ignition: views, tags and UDTs on a development gateway
What it does
- Explains existing PLC blocks and finds where a tag is used
- Generates and compiles code to your company standard
- Converts legacy SCADA screens into Ignition views, as part of a migration
- Checks references and writes the documentation
Questions we get
Does it work on our live PLCs?
We work offline and on development systems by default. Downloads to real controllers stay a manual step for your engineer.
Can it follow our PLC standard?
Yes. We give it your block library, naming rules and templates, and it generates code that follows them. An engineer reviews every block.
Which AI models does it use?
It runs on enterprise models from Anthropic and OpenAI, connected to the engineering tools through our own integrations.
