AI Operator Assistant for production lines
Plain-language answers at the line, in the operator's own language: why the line stopped, what an alarm means, which procedure to follow and what to hand over to the next shift.
See it at work
Demo on a fictional plant. All data shown is illustrative. No sound; on-screen text explains each step.
What it does
- Finds the first cause of a stop instead of listing every follow-up alarm
- Explains alarms and guides through the matching procedure, step by step
- Answers in the operator's own language, for example Dutch or French
- Drafts the shift handover from the production log, alarms and setpoint changes
How it connects
The assistant reads alarms, selected tags and trends from your SCADA, for example Ignition or WinCC, and the procedures and manuals you choose. Access is read-only by default: operators stay in control of the plant.
Questions we get
Does it control the plant?
No. It reads data and explains. Operators keep control. Any write action would be a separate decision with its own safeguards.
Which languages does it speak?
The underlying models handle many languages, including Dutch, French, English and German. Operators ask in their own language and get answers in the same language.
What does it need from us?
Read access to the alarm history and selected tags, plus the procedures and manuals it should use. We start with one line and extend from there.
