PLC programming in Siemens TIA Portal

We write and change PLC software for Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 in TIA Portal: new machines and lines, upgrades of existing programs and migrations from older S7 systems. Structured to a software standard and tested in simulation before it reaches the plant.

What we deliver

  • New PLC software for production lines and process units
  • Changes on running plants, with controlled downloads and a rollback ready
  • Software standards: block libraries, PLC data types (UDTs) and naming conventions
  • Safety (F-CPU) and drive integration over PROFINET
  • Testing in simulation with S7-PLCSIM Advanced before site
  • Migration of older S7 programs to S7-1500

Where AI helps

Our Engineering Assistant works directly in TIA Portal projects, from V16 to V20. It reads and explains blocks, finds where tags are used, generates code to your standard and compiles it. An engineer reviews and tests every block before it goes near the plant.

Questions we get

Which Siemens versions do you work with?

TIA Portal V16 up to V20 and SIMATIC S7-1500, including safety CPUs and PROFINET drives. For older STEP 7 projects we plan the migration path with you.

Can you change the PLC program of a running plant?

Yes. We plan changes with production, test them in simulation first, compare the offline and online versions, and download in agreed windows with a rollback ready.

Do you follow our PLC standard?

Yes. If you have a block library and naming convention, we use it. If not, we set one up and document it, so your own team can maintain the software.

Do you use AI to write PLC code?

We use our Engineering Assistant to draft and check code inside TIA Portal, which saves time on repetitive work. An engineer reviews and tests every block before it is downloaded.
