Where AI helps
During start-up the same alarms and questions come back every shift. Our Operator Assistant and Maintenance Assistant give the plant team answers from the alarm history, procedures and manuals, so the commissioning team can focus on the open points.
Questions we get
Can you lead commissioning on site abroad?
Yes. We have led commissioning on greenfield lines and rebuilds in Europe and Southeast Asia, coordinating contractors, suppliers and plant teams on site.
Do you also work during plant shutdowns?
Yes. We have coordinated E&I work during shutdowns in the chemical industry, where planning and safety come first.
What do we get at handover?
As-built drawings, test records, the punch list status, backups of the PLC and SCADA software, and training for operators and maintenance.
