How a design package runs

  1. Specify. Scope, standards and interfaces agreed with process, mechanical, production and maintenance.
  2. Tender. RFQs for panel build and installation, with a technical bid comparison so offers are compared on equal terms.
  3. Build and test. Follow-up at the panel builder and a factory acceptance test before anything ships to site.
  4. Install and hand over. Site supervision, loop checks and complete as-built documentation.

Where AI helps

Large design packages are full of lists that must stay consistent. Our Engineering Assistant cross-checks I/O lists against PLC tag tables and flags gaps, so reviews focus on engineering decisions instead of copy errors.

Questions we get

What does E&I engineering include?

E&I covers the electrical power to the machines, the field instrumentation and the control cabinets that connect them. We take the full chain: specification, design documents, supplier packages, factory acceptance tests and site supervision, so one party is responsible for how the pieces fit together.

Do you work with our standards and preferred suppliers?

Yes. We work to your company standards, approved vendor lists and drawing conventions. Where no standard exists, we propose one and document it, so the next project starts faster.

Can you support panel builders and contractors abroad?

Yes. We have prepared panel build and installation packages for projects in Western Europe and Central Asia, from RFQ and bid comparison to the factory acceptance test.
